Kaia slept for just about 8 hours! You would probably think that we were elated when we woke up refreshed the next morning, but.....
Riley was up all night. She was hungry, thirsty, scared of the giant caterpillars, screaming and crying. No matter what we did, she wasn't satisfied until she was in our bed.
At 4:30 am, when I went to feed Kaia for the first time that night, Riley got up with me and was wide awake and chipper, ready for the day.
Needless to say, there was to be no church that morning.
